About us

We are a Como Lake farm, but first of all
we are devoted to our land and tradition.

From growing grape to wine and food tasting

our goal is to uplift Colico’s territory, turning our
Pinot Nero vineyard into a point of reference for the area

Andrea

“I am a sommelier and owner of an historic winery in Colico.
In 2020 I decided to re-evaluate the land of my great-grandfather Aristide, nickname Risti, in Montecchio Sud. I wanted to demonstrate that Colico can grow a fantastic wine, inspired by the Valtellina tradition. ”

Cora

Eleonora

I am a world citizen: I lived between Australia and England for about six years and finally came back home. When I returned to Colico I understood that my whole universe could be here, among rows of Pinot Nero. A wine tasting experience project near Lecco is ambitious but it’s also paying off: tourists really feel at home in our vineyard.”

Cora

Danilo

“I would define Risti as an ethical farm: we pull weeds by hand, we prune “leaf by leaf”, we fertilize with manure and give value to an area that otherwise would be abandoned.”

Cora

Aristide

“From my grandfather Risti I inherited the name and the same passion for nature and the territory. I am so proud of the Pinot Nero vineyard that my son Andrea is working for, and of the surprised faces I see during the wine tours on our fantastic Lake Como terraces!“

“I love wagging my tail in the vineyard and playing outdoors. Join me during the Lake Como wine tour and pet me!

Il Risti: the origins

Like many Colico families in the early 1900s, our great-grandfather Aristide raised animals and cultivated vines for his own consumption on the promontory of Montecchio Sud. In his farmhouse, used today for wine tastings, you can still breathe his authentic passion for nature.

Il Risti

The vineyard project on Lake Como works!

Vigneto del Risti

During the lockdown, we decided to create Risti farm, as a tribute to our grandpa.

The Montecchio Sud area was cleaned up, the soil analyzed, and 800 Pinot Nero seedlings planted, to which another 600 were added on a later date.

In 2023, the first grape harvest, as well as the satisfaction of experiences in the vineyard, which tourists and locals appreciate.

We create emotions and good wine

This year the first harvest took place. We will bottle soon its essence for those who love quality wine.
In the meantime, you can appreciate our Honey Grappa, which combines the distillation of Del Risti’s pomace meets the nectar from our hives.
